Richwill Sustainability Group, LLC, established by Tony A. Williamson in August 2024, helps companies switch from carbon fuel to alternative fuel vehicles. With over 115 years of expertise, Richwill covers logistics, environment, sustainability, operations, regulations, and safety.


Our objective is to set the standard for customer service excellence within our industry. We are committed to cultivating and sustaining a superior infrastructure that promotes employee satisfaction, which in turn fosters customer loyalty, consistent profit growth, and enhanced company value.

Mr. Williamson is a seasoned logistics executive with 40 years of experience spanning operations, compliance, and sustainability in the environmental and drayage sectors. He has held leadership roles at companies including TTSI, Quality Distribution, and Clean Harbors, with expertise in heavy-duty alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure. He also serves on the board of the Coalition for Clean Air.

MABEL ESPINO
Logistics and Drayage Executive


With over 20 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, Mabel Espino is a distinguished Regional Drayage Executive known for strategic leadership and operational excellence. She has built a remarkable career by driving regional growth and optimizing drayage performance across Southern California’s bustling ports.


Mabel has also held several leadership positions, including Director of Port Logistics, where she led regional drayage operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective transport of goods. Her ability to oversee contract negotiations and drive commercial growth initiatives has established her as a trusted partner in the industry.

CALAIA SEARS
Logistics and Drayage Executive


Calaia Sears brings to RichWill over 20 years of experience in global and domestic logistics, with a career that expanded into telematics, GPS, and tracking solutions in 2014. She began her work in telematics with Qualcomm (Omnitracs‑Solera) and has since developed broad familiarity with fleet and asset management SaaS solutions across the market.


In addition to her logistics and technology background, Calaia is a licensed California real estate agent. Her diverse professional experience has cultivated a strong ability to collaborate effectively with organizations ranging from small and mid-sized enterprises to large-scale corporations, leverage technology to drive productivity, and streamline processes. Calaia places a high value on building trusted relationships that foster long-term, successful partnerships.

BRANDY PEARSON, PE
Mechanical Engineer


Ms. Pearson is a California licensed mechanical engineer and technical writer with 15 years of experience. She’s led commercial and industrial engineering projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including utilities, top-ranked hospitals, theme parks, food manufacturing, and college campuses. Notable clients include Westin, Disney, Monsanto, Target, AT&T, and UCLA. 


Ms. Pearson is a California licensed mechanical engineer and technical writer with 15 years of experience. ANA DURAZO
Vice President, Finance


Ana Durazo is an accounting and operations professional with two decades of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Since entering the field in 2006, she has supported both carriers and brokers through roles spanning finance operations, vendor management, accounts receivable and payable, and process development.

 

Ana’s strengths include building efficient financial workflows, improving documentation accuracy, supporting cross-functional teams, and creating clarity in operational and financial processes. Her experience has given her a practical understanding of how logistics companies run day-to-day, including the financial and operational challenges that are unique to the sector.

 

Ana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA, and she is currently pursuing her CPA licensure, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence.
